Interactive Touch screen Foil

Interactive Touch screen Foils that can be used in conjunction with our projection screens or LCD TFT screens. The foils are made using a hardened coated PET layer which can be activated by direct touch or through glass / acrylic up to 20mm thick. The interactive touch screen foil te- chology is ideally suited for store window applications and information points (kiosks). The foils come complete with either a PSA adhesive layer for permanent installations or with a cling film liner which can be removed for a semi permanent Installations.

Sensitivity
  • Adjustment carried out by the software provided. The foil can programmed for different thicknesses of glass and even for gloved hands. The foil will function with single layer non metalised glass up to 20mm (0.78”) thickness.
Response Speed
  • Typically 50–100ms (depends upon thickness of the glass).

INTERACTIVE TOUCH SCREEN FOIL UNIQUE FEATURES

Our new range of interactive foils offer greater functionality and reliability than other projected capacitance foils in the market place. We use a special hard coated clear PET layer offering greater protection for the fine copper cores, improved optical characteristics and a resilient smooth surface for greater longevity. The foils are supplied with an electrostatic cling layer which makes them suitable for both permanent and temporary installations. The new improved foils have an upgraded driver with USB connection which has been digitally signed off by Microsoft (EMC approved) and are UL and CE approved (RoHS compliant).

The Interactive Foils are combined with a screen technology to create an interactive touch screen display. Our main market for the foils is 'thru-glass' interactive displays for store window applications, where the foil is combined with our range of projection films and high brightness LCD TFT screens.

Thru-Glass Interactive Projection Foils

Interactive Projection Foils can be applied directly to the inside of the window and activated from outside. Each screen comes complete with USB cable, software / drivers, software user guide, earthing cable, window sticker and installation guide.

Clear Interactive Foils can be applied directly onto the inside of the window and the LCD TFT Screen placed up against the foil or the foil can be applied to a glass panel and placed over the LCD TFT panel. For the best results the interactive foil needs to be placed up against the window.

Interactive Foils come complete with USB cable, software / drivers, software user guide, earthing cable, window sticker and installation guide. Standard Features
